Early literacy is an umbrella term that covers behaviors and skills associated with reading, writing, and language development.
ECRR is an early literacy education program, designed by the Public Library Association (PLA) and the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC), that provides materials and and strategies for caregivers and adults working with young children.
